Career
Aamir started his career with the commercial for “Bajaj Scooters.” Next, he featured in TV commercials of “Aptech Computers,” “Ponds talc,” “Chevrolet,” “Maruti Zen,” “BSNL,” “Videocon D2H,” and “State bank of India.” Thereafter, he played small roles in films like “Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?,” “Anjaan,” “Raakh,” and “I Hate Luv Storys.”
Aamir made his debut on television with the Star Plus’ show “Kahani Ghar Ghar Kii,” where he played the role of ‘Sameer Kaul.’ Subsequently, he appeared in tv serials like “Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai,” “Woh Rahne Wali Mehlon Ki,” “Kya Dill Mein Hai,” “Kucch Is Tara,” and “Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil.”
Next, he featured in Sab TV’s serial “F.I.R.” as Chief Inspector ‘Bajrang Pandey.’ His role in the serial was very much liked by the audience.
In 2007, he won the season 3 of the dance reality show “Nach Baliye,” along with his wife Sanjeeda Sheikh. Next, he appeared as a contestant in Sony TV’s adventure show “Power Couple” with his wife.
