In November 2019, she became friends with the Indian digital content creator Rajan Pandit aka Divyansh Tiwari. Gradually, she developed good relations with his family.

Soon, their friendship turned into love, and they started dating each other. In March 2020, Rajan and his family assured her that Rajan would get married to Nisha. Rajan then moved to Mumbai at Nisha’s apartment in search of work. However, after his mother fell ill, he returned to his hometown. He then asked her to help him financially with his mother’s medical expenses and called her from Mumbai to his hometown. She agreed to it and lent him around Rs 15 lakh- Rs 20 lakh. His family even allowed them to share the room as they said that Nisha would become their daughter-in-law. In May 2020, Nisha got pregnant with Rajan’s child. However, when Rajan came to know about it, he did not accept it and asked him to abort the child. Even his parents refused to accept her pregnancy. Rajan then shifted her to one of his friends’ apartments and insisted her to abort the child.

After staying there for a few days, she returned to her apartment in Mumbai. While she was in Mumbai, Rajan stopped attending her calls or replying to her messages. Even his family members started ignoring her. In an interview, she shared that when she was doing an international show, Rajan got married to some other girl. After returning to India, she filed a police complaint in Indira Nagar, Lucknow police station against Rajan. In January 2021, her daughter was born, and she claimed that her daughter was Rajan’s daughter whom she named Divyanshi. However, Rajan refused it. She then requested a DNA test of her daughter. Eventually, Rajan and their daughter’s DNA matched. He was proved wrong by the local police and was sentenced to three months in jail. FIR Filed for Making Obscene Photos
In August 2023, a girl filed a police complaint at Lucknow Police Station against Nisha for uploading her (girl’s) obscene photos on various social media platforms. The girl said Nisha wanted to defame her with the assistance of her (Nisha’s) colleagues Anurag Singh and Reena Dwivedi. In the complaint, the girl stated that Nisha downloaded her photos from her social media accounts and morphed the photos. Nisha then sent the photos to the girl’s relatives. The police station in-charge Atul Kumar Srivastava said that an FIR was filed against Nisha Pandey, Anurag Singh, Reena Dwivedi and a few others under the IT Act. [6]Prabhat Khabar
