In 2012, Shilpa Saklani and her husband Apurva Agnihotri were arrested by Mumbai police from a rave party at Oakwood Premier Hotel, Juhu, Mumbai. According to sources, drugs were being used in the party. Shilpa Saklani claimed that she and her husband were unaware that the party was unsafe.
