Ashnoor Kaur is an Indian child actress. She is best known for playing the role of ‘Naira’ in the TV serial “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.”

She is a student of Mumbai’s Ryan International School. Ashnoor was active in co-curricular activities from a young age and even won the title of ‘Ryan Princess’ at her school’s award function. In 2021, she scored 94 percent in her class 12 board exams. In an interview, while talking about her scores in class 12 board exams, she said,

I didn’t want to stress myself more, and said to myself, ‘I need to score more than my class 10 because then I managed to score 93 along with a daily soap. Now that I wasn’t doing one, iss baar thode zyaada aane chahiye, even if it’s one percent.”

Although acting was never a plan for her career, she was introduced to the world of acting by her mother’s friend who knew some casting directors.

Ashnoor started her acting career as a child artist in 2009 with the TV serial “Jhansi Ki Rani.” Next, She appeared in the TV series “Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha.”

subsequently, Ashnoor featured in various TV serials including “Saath Nibhaana Saathiya,” “Shobha Somnath Ki,” “Mahabharat,” “Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev,” “Mahabharat,” “Siyaasat,” “Prithvi Vallabh,” and “Patiala Babes.”

In 2015, she portrayed the role of ‘Naira’ in the TV serial “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” which earned her wide recognition.

Ashnoor made her film debut in 2018 with the Bollywood film “Sanju.” In the same year, she also starred in the Bollywood film “Manmarziyaan” in which she played the role of Tapsee Panu’s sister.



In addition to films and TV serials, Ashnoor has also done a number of TV commercials like “Goodknight Advance Activ+,” “LIC,” “Safolla Oats,” “Dominos,” and “Amazon.”

I’ll take a break and prepare myself so when I come back, I don’t disappoint.”
