Subuhi started her career as a research analyst at Heidrick & Struggles. She then joined Evalueserve where she worked as a market research analyst. She is often invited to participate in various news debate shows.

We all talk about our religion and make it our face to be known to the world but without knowing even abcd of our religion, nor do we want to know either. This is the biggest folly indeed. We generally form our opinions just on the basis of hearsay or the people with half hearted knowledge. If we are really serious and committed to know and try to go deep into about our religion , we will for 100% find that every religion talks of one and the same thing, that there is only and only one God and that we all are His children . The whole creation has been created by Him through his creative power to be commonly called by various names, i.e., the consciousness , Energy , Naam, Shabd, Naad, Dhur ki vani, Anahad, Dhun, Kalma, Bange -aasmani or Noor-e- ilahi, Word or Holy Ghost etc.. And that the Supreme power so named and called by us as Parmeshwar, Eeshwar, Allah, Khuda, God , Rab, Vaheguru and so on is present through His this creative power in every one of us and in whole of His creation .
Precisely we can find that at the bottom of every religion there is no difference of opinion at all but to reach this stage of understanding , we must break our self made enclosures and come out openly to understand that the very basis or foundation of every religion lies on the love and love alone and there is no room at all for hatred, comparison or compitition But this can be possible with an open mindedness .
