Career
Model
Arjun talked about his journey in an interview and said that he did not like his accountant specialist job in Gurugram (previously Gurgaon), hence he signed up with a modelling agency after 8-10 months of doing his job. After modelling for a few months, he shifted his focus to acting and did an acting course at Sai Gurukul Academy Of Performing Arts, Delhi for 6 months. He later moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting; however, he kept on modelling and has walked the ramp for many popular fashion designers.

After living in Mumbai for around one and a half years, he got his first project which was an advertisement with Anil Kapoor. He later appeared in many commercials such as HDFC, SBI, and Streak Insta hair colour with many Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, and Alia Bhatt.

Arjun Aneja made his television debut with Balika Vadhu in 2015 in which he played the role of Mr. Mittal. He later acted in many TV shows such as Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi in 2016 as Ranveer, Sadda Haq, Ishq Mein Marjawan in 2017 as Sushant, and Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai in 2018 as Farhan Poonawala.

Arjun gained fame with his debut film Neerja in 2016 which featured Sonam Kapoor, Jim Sarbh, and Shabana Azmi; he played the role of Aneesh Bhanot, Neerja’s brother, in the film.

He played the role of Tapan Manek, Katha’s ex-boyfriend and rapist, in the film Satyaprem Ki Katha in 2023, featuring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. There were speculations that he would be playing the role of Javed in Fardeen Khan’s comeback film Visfot, scheduled to release in 2024.

In November 2023, he entered the web reality dating gaming show Temptation Island India as a contestant with his long-time girlfriend, Cheshta Bhagat; the show is streamed on JioCinema. He revealed in an interview that he did not tell his parents about the show as the show had a unique concept that was happening for the first time in India.
