Prachi Desai is an Indian actress who primarily works in Bollywood movies and Television shows. She is well known for her role in Ekta Kapoor’s television show Kasamh Se in which she played the role of Bani. She is the brand ambassador and the face of Goa Tourism and Neutrogena products in India.
Prachi Desai was born on Monday, 12 September 1988 (age 33 years; as of 2021) in Surat, Gujarat. Her zodiac sign is Virgo. Prachi studied till the ninth standard at St. Joseph’s Convent School. Prachi Desai revealed in an interview that she had faced Casting Couch in Bollywood. In an interview, she talked about an incident when she was asked to compromise in order to get a role in a big project. Further, she said,
I think very direct propositions were also made to me to get cast in a certain big film but I had outright said no. And even after saying no, the director called again. And I still said that I am not interested in your film. I think I am very honest and upfront. I don’t like beating around the bush.”

In an interview, Prachi Desai accepted that Nepotism has hampered her career, and it existed in Bollywood. In an interview, she talked about nepotism and said,
See, that’s a reality that is best accepted; there is no point denying it. It has been there, it is there, and it’s probably going to be there.
