In 2008, she made her acting debut with the Hindi TV serial ‘Hamari Betiyoon Ka Vivaah’ in which she played the role of Sanjana Malhotra. The serial was aired on Zee TV.

- After completing her graduation, she did a few corporate jobs. She then shifted to Mumbai to work as a fashion designer. There, she auditioned for a few acting projects, and after a few days, she got a role in DD National’s TV series. However, when her parents came to know about it, they took her back from Mumbai to Delhi. A few days later, she eloped from her home to Mumbai.
