Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia aka Nimrit Ahluwalia was born on 11 December 1994 (28 years; as of 2022) in New Delhi. She won the fbb Colors Femina Miss India Manipur 2018. Besides being a model, Ahluwalia is also a lawyer, theatre artiste, and actress. She entered the field of acting in 2019. Nimrit has appeared in music videos for various songs. She did her schooling from St. Mark’s Sr. Sec. Public School, Meera Bagh, New Delhi. Nimrit did B.A. LLB (hons.) from the Army Institute of Law, Mohali.

Career
From 2010 to 2013, she worked at the Atelier School of Dramatic Arts. From 2013 to 2015, she was associated with Make A Difference program, as a teacher. In 2014, she joined NRI Legal Services, Chandigarh, as a student representative. In June 2014, she started working as an intern at the Ministry of Women and Child Development. She then worked as an intern and various organisations including Seth Dua and Associates (2015), Saikrishna & Associates (2016), JSA Associates & Solicitors (2016), and SS Pandey & Associates (2017). Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia started her modelling career in 2018 when she won “The Tiara Queen” by TGPC. She was crowned “Best In Evening Gown Wear.” Nimrit also emerged as one of the top finalists at the Patiala auditions of fbb Campus Princess 2018.

She has been acting in theatre plays for more than 15 years. She has been a part of various plays organised at Kamani and LTG Auditoriums in New Delhi. Ahluwalia is an alumnus of Atelier School of Dramatic Arts, New Delhi.

In 2018, she was crowned fbb Colors Femina Miss India Manipur 2018. After Nimrit’s stint in fbb Femina Miss India, she started working in music videos. In July 2018, she appeared in the music video of the song “Masstaani” which was sung by B Praak.
In January 2019, Nimrit worked in the music video of the song “Serious” which was sung by Bannet Dosanjh.
She has also featured in ‘Main Sherni’ lyric video along with the Indian actress Vidya Balan.
In 2018, she appeared in the short film ‘Who Said Boys Can’t Wear Make Up.’ It was in July 2019 that she marked her acting debut on television with ColorsTV’s serial “Choti Sarrdaarni” opposite Hitesh Bharadwaj.
In 2020, she acted in the TV series PrimeTime Partners, Pinkvilla. Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is also actively involved in social services. She was an intern with the Ministry of Women & Child Development in association with UN Women, New Delhi. Nimrit has also been a part of the National Mission for Empowerment of Women and has even contributed towards several publications. In 2022, she participated in the colors TV show The Khatra Show.
