In 2013, she met the Indian nightclub (Trilogy) owner Ryan Tham, who is a cousin of the Indian actress Pooja Bedi. They met for the first time at the club and became good friends. Soon, they started dating each other. On 6 July 2015, she had a court marriage with Ryan.

However, in 2020, the couple got divorced. In an interview, Lamba said that it was a toxic relationship.

While she was studying in college, she started working as a model. She appeared in various printshoots and print advertisements. She has been featured in TV commercials for various brands like LG, Everyuth, Cadbury, Dabur, Airtel, Femina Generation W, and Sunsilk.

 

While she was filming for the TV ad of Cadbury, the Indian film director Shoojit Sircar offered her a role in the Hindi film ‘Yahaan.’ She has also walked the ramp in various fashion shows.

Controversy

Detained at Mumbai Airport

In 2011, she was detained by customs department officials at the Mumbai Airport while she was returning from the Cannes International Film Festival. A jewellery worth Rs 50 lakhs was recovered from her bags which was not earlier declared by her. ^[6]India Today
