- When Jay was in school, he used to get the first position in all Mall Fest competitions, Inter-Society competitions, dance competitions, fancy dress competitions, and many more. After seeing his interest and ability to flourish well in all aspects, one of his neighbours advised his mother to enrol him in the entertainment industry and that is how Jay got the opportunity to enter the world of entertainment. - Jay had faced a lot of rejection and struggled to make a position in the entertainment industry. He had no contact and a strong financial background to gain the opportunity, but he and his mother were quite focused to achieve success. He used to travel two hours in buses and trains to give the auditions but used to get rejections in return. The struggle continued for 2-3 years when he suddenly got the opportunity to act in an ad film. After that, he got the chance to do ads for energy drinks with Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Sachin Tendulkar. He was just six years old at that time.
