Apurva owns four restaurants in Mumbai that include ‘Tight Pub’ in Vashi, ‘Soy Street’ in Vashi, and ‘Lemon Leaf’ in Bandra, and Pot Pourri Restaurant in Chembur. Apart from running restaurants, he hosts classes for women to learn cooking, painting, and pottery. He also organizes ‘Dog Walk’ event in the Chembur Festival held in his restaurant.
