Career

After graduating in commerce, Ishpreet initially worked in the corporate sector for almost four years before taking up dancing as a full-time dancer. ^[2]DanceFit Live She met her now-dance partner, Tejas Dhoke, at a dance class that she had joined soon after leaving her corporate job. The dance duo soon started performing together with a local dance group that did small shows with around 1,000 people. Gradually, Tejas and Ishpreet took their dance online by regularly posting their videos on YouTube. In 2016, after their initial dance videos managed to reach almost 4 lakh audiences, the duo launched their online dance and fitness venture called “DanceFit Live.” Reportedly, their dance venture is now recognised as one of India’s top dance YouTube channels and one of the best dance studios, and both the dancers are well-known for their unique choreography skills. ^[3]DanceFit Live

According to Dang and Dhoke, the dance covers of Punjabi and Bollywood songs with their signature choreography helped them become popular in the industry.
