At the age of 10, Adrija Sinha participated in season 2 of the dance reality TV show ‘Super Dancer’ (2017), which aired on Sony Entertainment Television. She also made an appearance in the special episode ‘Teen Ka Tadka’ in season 4 of the TV show.

In 2019, she took part in the TV reality show ‘Dance India Dance Season 7.’ The TV show was aired on the channel Zee TV. In 2023, she appeared as a contestant in the dance reality TV show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 11.’ The show was broadcast on Colors TV.

In 2023, she played the role of Nu Singh in the film ‘Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai,’ starring Manoj Bajpayee. The film is based on the 2013 Asaram Bapu rape case, where the godman was found guilty of raping a 16-year-old minor in one of his ashrams.
