Vineeta Agrawal is highly experienced in the study of the genetic basis of common diseases. She is the manager at Andreessen Horowitz to keep control of the therapeutics, diagnostics, and digital health of the bio funds of the firm. At this position, she also manages the companies which are using leverages of datasets for improving patient care and drugs delivery. In 2007, she started working as a computational researcher at Cold Spring Harbour Laboratory and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in New York, US. In 2008, Vineeta Agrawal also worked as an early data scientist at a Boston based health tech startup named Kyruus which is a client of McKinsey & Co. In 2012, she started working as the venture investor of the Google Ventures Life Sciences group. She also served the position of management consultant at Kyruus in Biotech, Pharmaceutical and medical devices branches. In 2021, she served Bighat Biosciences as its board member.
