Vaibhav Sisinty was born in 1993 (age 29 years; as of 2022) in Berhampur, a small town in Orissa. He did his schooling at St Vincent Convent School in Berhampur. Vaibhav Sisinty began his career at the age of 19 by creating a website “Discovery Android” which reached the million-view milestone. However, the stars did not align in his favor for long, and the website was forced to close owing to a Google ban. He became interested in growth marketing thereafter. During his second year of engineering, Vaibhav founded “CrazyHeads”, a digital marketing agency that focused on offering online branding solutions. He led a team of over a dozen people at a young age. Vaibhav was named “Fastest Emerging Digital Media Startup of the Year” for “CrazyHeads” quick growth. However, his desire for adventures led him to leave CrazyHeads in 2015 to join Uber. Vaibhav, as an outstanding Growth hacker, also assisted Uber in making its presence in the business industry.

Vaibhav Sisinty’s most notable accomplishment began in the form of GrowthSchool’s CEO during the pandemic in 2020. Sisinty began seeing the gap between traditional schooling and the dynamic needs of the service industry while working for several businesses. Sisinty enables individuals to stay on pace with industry trends and build skills to fuel their growth by delivering crash courses, particularly performance marketing courses in India, to all ambitious entrepreneurs. He talked about the importance of business in his life and said,
I am a growth hacker by profession and an entrepreneur from heart.”
