Pratiksha’s debut Marathi film was ‘Are Deva’ (2007) where she played a small role. She got a major breakthrough in the Marathi film ‘Chala Khel Khelu Ya Doghe’ (2009) in which she played the lead role. Apart from this, she worked in ‘Power’ (2013), ‘Bhootacha Honeymoon’ (2013), ‘Saubhagya Majha Daivat’ (2015), etc.

Pratiksha’s debut Marathi TV serial was ‘Dilya Ghari Tu Sukhi Raha’ (2011-12) on Zee Marathi. She worked in a few other Marathi serials like ‘Mendichya Panavar’ (2012), ‘Chhoti Malkin’ (2017), ‘Devmanus’ (2020-2021), ‘Gatha Navnathanchi’ (2021), etc.
