Ramesh Choudary, popularly known by his stage name Jithan Ramesh, is an Indian film actor and producer who mainly works in Telugu and Tamil films. He came into the limelight after playing the role of ‘Surya’ in the Tamil film “Jithan” (2005).

Career
Jithan Ramesh started his acting career in 2004 with the Telugu film “Vidyardhi” in which he played the role of ‘Kranthi.’ Next, he made his Tamil debut by playing the role of ‘Surya’ in the film “Jithan” (2005).

Subsequently, he appeared in Tamil films like “Jerry” (2006), “Madurai Veeran” (2007), “Puli Varudhu” (2007), “Osthe” (2011), and “Pillaiyar Theru Kadaisi Veedu” (2011).

He made his Malayalam film debut in 2014 with the film “Day Night Game” by playing the role of a police inspector. In the same year, he made his debut as a film producer with the Tamil film “Jilla.” Jithan was a contestant in the sports reality show “Lebara Natchathira Cricket League” (2016). He was a part of the ‘Salem Cheetahs’ (SC) team in the show.
