As a child artist
Baladitya started his acting career at the age of six. In 1991, Baladitya made his acting debut with the Telugu film Edurinti Mogudu Pakkinti Pellam in which he played the role of Sridhar.

In 2010, after the release of the Telugu film 1940 Lo Oka Gramam, Baladitya took a break from acting and enrolled himself in the company secretary’s course. Apart from working as a company secretary, Baladitya started tutoring the subject of financial management to chartered accountant aspirants. Baladitya worked as a faculty member to teach the subject to CA aspirants at Coppergate Educare in Mumbai. He also taught the subject at Indigo Learn, an online coaching institute for the chartered accountancy course in Hyderabad.

In 2016, Baladitya made his television debut as a host for the Telugu show Champion season 3, which was a quiz-based show for school-going kids on ETV.
