He is a board member of Asian Paints. In 1995, he became a director of Dani Holding And Trading Company, Dani Finance And Investments Company, and Dani Capital And Investments Company. He has been a Wholetime Director of Gujarat Organics Private Limited since 27 May 2000. On 28 August 2010, he assumed the directorship of Haish Holding And Trading Company.

Assets & Properties

In 2021, he bought a 95-crore duplex apartment, House number 102 on the eighth and ninth floor, located in South Mumbai’s Carmichael Road along with his wife, Shubhlaxmi Hasit Dani. The size of the apartment is 6,374 sq ft. The deal was registered on 30 December 2020, a day before the deadline to register properties with a stamp duty of 2 percent ended in Maharashtra.
