Career

Bhairavi Vaidya started her career as a theatre artist. She performed in various Gujarati theatre plays including ‘Himkavach,’ ‘Dheshat,’ and ‘Chitkaar.’

She made her Bollywood debut with the film ‘Taal’ (1999) in which she played the role of Janki. She played the role ofย  Clara Rodriques in the Hindi TV series ‘Hasratein’ in 1999. The TV series was broadcast on Zee TV. In 2000, she made a short appearance in the superhit Bollywood ‘Hera Pheri.’ In 2001, she appeared alongside Salman Khan in the Hindi film ‘Chori Chori Chupke Chupke.’

She appeared as Buaji in the Hindi film ‘Humraaz’ in 2002. In the same year, she acted in the film ‘Kyaa Dil Ne Kahaa.’ In 2009, she essayed the role of Kantaben Patel in the Hindi film ‘What’s Your Raashee?’ In 2017, she made an episodic appearance in the Hindi crime TV show ‘Savdhaan India,’ which aired on Life OK. In the same year, she appeared alongside Sudeep Sahir and Disha Parmar in the Hindi TV series ‘Woh Apna Sa,’ which aired on the channel Zee TV.

She played the role of Narmada Foi in the Gujarati film ‘Ventilator’ (2018). In 2020, she made a short appearance in the Hindi web series ‘Naxalbari,’ which premiered on ZEE5. She played the role of Pushpa Goenka in the Hindi TV series ‘Nima Denzongpa’ (2021), which aired on the channel Colors TV.
