In April 2023 in Tashkent 2023 Asia Cup leg 2, Uzbekistan, Tushar Shelke was ranked 9th with 6 seeds. In Colombia during the Medellin 2023 Hyundai Archery World Cup, Stage 3 in June 2023, he gained 16 seeds with 33rd rank. In Berlin Hyundai World Archery Championship, Germany organised from 31 July 2023 to 6 August 2023, Tushar Shelke gained 55 seeds and secured 33rd rank.
