Mentally harassing Shikhar Dhawan
After their divorce, Ayesha Mukherjee and Shikhar Dhawan often posted defamatory posts against each other, particularly related to the custody of their son, Zorawar. Dhawan alleged that Ayesha was trying to defame him by sending messages to his friends, teammates, and other cricket officials from different cricket offices.

Later, Shikhar also filed a police case against her to stop her from posting any messages on social media. On 4 October 2023, a family court in Delhi gave a verdict that Ayesha mentally harassed Shikhar Dhawan by keeping him separate from his son, Zorawar, for more than 3 years.
