While he was studying in college, he started participating in various kabaddi championships. He has played in various kabaddi matches from teams of Chandigarh Kabaddi Association, Alipur Kabaddi Association, and ITB Police, Delhi. He then played matches in New Young Player (NYP), a kabaddi tournament from which he got selected for the Pro Kabaddi League. In 2021, he won the All India Kabaddi Tournament.
