Shahzad Sheikh was born on Sunday, 26 September 1982 (age 38 years; as of 2020) in Patoki, Punjab province of Pakistan. His zodiac sign is Libra. Shahzad Sheikh attended a local school in Okara for his primary and secondary education. He was not fond of acting in his childhood but while growing up he developed his interest in acting, therefore, he decided to brush up his acting skills before entering the industry and went to New York Film Academy, United States to pursue a professional degree in Degree in method acting and filmmaking.

Shahzad was born to Jawed Sheikh and Zeenat Mangi. His father, Jawed Sheikh, is a popular actor, director, and producer of Pakistan and his mother, Zeenat Mangi, is a television actress. He is the nephew of Saleem Sheikh and Behroze Sabzwari.

He has a younger sister, Momal Sheikh who is also a television and film actress. He the cousin of Shehroz Sabzwari.

Shahzad Sheikh began his acting career in 2011 with AAG TV’s daily soap ‘Dreamers’ in which he played the role of the lead character ‘Mickey’ and gained a lot of fame for it. Next in 2012, he appeared in Geo TV’s daily series Kis Ki Ayegi Baraat’s fourth season ‘Annie Ki Ayegi Baraat’ as ‘Annie’ where he shared the screen with Alishba Yousuf, Bushra Ansari, Hina Dilpazeer, Javed Sheikh, and Samina Ahmed. In the same year, he again appeared in the lead role for Geo’s serial, ‘Mi Raqsam as Zeeshan’ which proved to be the turning point for his acting career.

Shahzad Sheikh amplified his acting skills with every passing role and grabbed numerous opportunities to work in. He became part of many hit shows like Halki Si Khalish, Bhabhi, Wafa Na Ashna, Vasl e Yaar, Ghar Titli Ka Par, Choti Choti Batain, and many more.

Shahzad Sheikh started working in telefilms in 2012 and was first featured in ‘Family Man’ portraying the role of Mikaal. Shahzad has appeared in various telefilms including Youn Hum Miley, Eid Wid Pyar Vyar, Kahin pol Na Khul Jaye, Han Qabool Hai, Breakup Ke Baad, and Bholay Bhalay Saiyan. ‘Main Kukko Aur Woh’ is one of his most successful project which also received Hum Award for Best Television Film 2014.

In 2013, Shahzad Sheikh made his acting debut in Lollywood with Syed Ali Raza Usama’s Pakistani sports film ‘Main Hoon Shahid Afridi’ in which he appeared in a supporting role of the Pakistani cricketer ‘Mikaal Qureshi’ opposite Humayun Saeed, Mahnoor Baloch, Noman Habib, Javed Sheikh, and Nadeem Baig. Next, Shahzad Sheikh became a part of the romantic comedy film ‘Karachi Se Lahore’ in which he portrayed the lead role of ‘Zaheem’ opposite Ayesha Omer and Javed Sheikh. The film was released in June 2018 and was commercially successful project.
