Shyji ADS started her career as a dancer and has given several dance performances on stage.

She is the founder of ADS Crew Ooty, a dance studio in Ooty, Tamil Nadu. Her dance crew has participated in various dance competitions in India and abroad. On 15 February 2013, she created a self-titled YouTube channel on which she uploads videos related to cooking, skincare, Yoga, and dance fitness. As of 2023, she has 110K subscribers on her channel.
In 2016, she participated in the Tamil reality TV dance show Jodi No. 1 Season 9 along with Alhena ADS and was one of the finalists of the show. The show aired on Vijay TV.

A year later, she participated in the beauty pageant Mrs.Queen of Hills and emerged as the winner of the contest. In 2018, Shyji appeared as a special invitee at Mrs. Nilgiris contest.

Shyji was a crew leader of the team that participated in the World Hip Hop Dance Championship in 2019. In 2021, she participated as a choreographer in the dance reality TV show Dance Vs Dance season 2. The show was aired on Colors TV Tamil. In the show, Shyji choreographed the dance performances of her daughters Aishu ADS and Alhena AdS.
