Career
Alhena ADS started her career as a dancer when she was 6 years old. She is associated with her mother’s dance group ADS Crew Ooty and has represented the group in various dance competitions.

In 2016, she participated in the Tamil reality TV dance show Jodi No. 1 Season 9 along with Shajid and emerged as one of the finalists of the show. The show was aired on Star Vijay. The following year, she was a part of the ADS Kids team that won the Kings of Dance, Tamil reality TV dance show. The show was aired on Vijay TV.

In 2019, Alhena, along with her team won a bronze medal in the Indian Hip Hop Championship.

Later, she and her team represented India at the World Hip-hop International Championship. In 2021, Alhena, along with her sister Aishu ADS, participated in Colors Tamil reality TV dance show Dance VS Dance Season 2.

They reached the semi-finals of the show and then got eliminated. In 2022, she participated in a talent hunt competition, where she emerged as a winner.

Alhena owns a YouTube channel named Alhena ADS which was created on 16 March 2023. She uploads her dance videos on her channel. She also conducts dance workshops for her age group kids at her mother’s dance academy ADS Crew Ooty.
