Riva Kishan was born on Thursday, 4 July 1996 (age 27 years; as of 2023) in Mumbai. Her zodiac sign is Cancer.

Being the daughter of an actor, Riva always had an inclination towards acting. She grew up taking acting lessons from her father. Riva always wanted to be an actress, and she received a one-year training in acting from Naseeruddin Shah’s acting playgroup. She even worked with Shah’s daughter, Heeba in a play titled “Parindo Ki Mehfil.” Thereafter, she moved to the USA and got herself enrolled in The Acting Corps Institute, where she learned acting for one and a half year.
In January 2020, she made her Bollywood debut with the situational comedy film, “Sab Kushal Mangal,” alongside Padmini Kolhapure and producer Pradeep Sharma’s son Priyaank Sharma. The movie also starred the Bollywood actor, Akshaye Khanna. The film was shot in Jharkhand for 45 days.

- Riva was offered her first Bollywood film by the producer Nitin Manmohan. Interestingly, her father, Ravi Kishan’s debut film was also produced by the same person.

- On being asked how Riva got selected for the film, Nitin Manmohan’s daughter Prachi (Film Producer) said,
Ravi sir and my family has a common friend in Moin Baig who showed us Riva’s pictures and she looked right for the part of a bubbly small-town girl. She really liked the script and immediately came on board.”
