Career
Before stepping into the world of acting, she worked in an advertising company for a year. From that, she developed an interest in acting and joined an acting course with Saurabh Sachdeva. For a while, she worked with the youth organisation Thespo in Mumbai. She did theatre before making a debut with the web series UP65 (2023). The series was aired on JioCinema.

- In one of her Instagram posts, Pragati shared that when she was a child, she used to have a diary in which she used to stick pictures of her favourite actors from Bollywood. Before any movie release or big award night, she used to wait for the newspaper in the morning to pick the pictures of her favourites and diligently cut out the picture that inspired her.
