Swaraj Shetty is an Indian actor and theatre artist who primarily works in the Tulu film industry. He rose to fame after playing the role of Guruva in the film ‘Kantara’ (2022).

Kannada
In 2017, he made his Kannada debut with a rom-com titled Ondu Motteya Kathe. In 2022, he appeared in Rishab Shetty‘s critically acclaimed film ‘Kantara’ in which he played the role of Guruva, the lead’s cousin brother. Swaraj has earned immense popularity and appreciation through this film.
Tulu
In 2018, Shetty made his Tulu debut with the film ‘Huchcha 2.’ In 2019, he played the lead role in the film ‘Two & Me.’

In 2019, he made his television debut with the Kannada TV serial Radha Kalyana on ZEE5. He also appeared in many Kannada soap operas such as Krishna Tulasi (2021).

- When Swaraj first appeared for the audition of the film Kantara, he was not selected; however, he received a call a few days later to audition again. The casting crew asked Swaraj to shave his beard following which he got the role of Guruva, the brother of the lead.
