Shruti Ragunathan was born in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. In 2016, she completed her schooling at Vidhya Niketan Matric. Hr. Sec. School in Vilankurichi, Coimbatore. In 2019, she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from PSG College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore. In July 2020, she started her three-month-long internship as a business development intern at Textile Value Chain. In November 2020, she worked as a visual merchandising intern at Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. Later, she began to work as a marketing intern at the same company in Bengaluru. In August 2021, she joined as a digital marketing executive in Chennai. In May 2022, she was promoted to merchandise planner at Lifestyle in Bengaluru. While working as a merchandise planner, she was responsible for tracking and monitoring the dispatch of stock as per the initial allocation. She also reviewed display capacity norms at the store, concept, category, and brand levels. In May 2023, she left her job at Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd.
