He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background in North America and in establishing operations in Asia. He worked with MetLife for over 21 years, leaving the company as the managing director of PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited in 2010. Until 2 January 2007, he worked as the country head of India Division and vice president of Sun Life Financial Asia at Sun Life Financial Inc.
