Career

In November 2015, she began her job as a Technology Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Bangalore and worked there until May 2017. She started working on her own as a soft skills and modern etiquette trainer and also as a content writer. She did this job until August 2018, teaching soft skills to companies and schools, showing people how to communicate in business and behave properly, and writing and planning content. Shreya began working at Cuemath in Bengaluru as a training manager and content writer in September 2018. There, she helped increase the number of teachers getting hired by 15% by leading and helping with training for new teachers, both online and in person. She also helped them get certified, taught them how to talk to potential parents, and how to start their own Cuemath centers. She started training sessions to help teachers improve their professional image, which helped them get more students and keep them longer. She worked with sales managers to figure out what training was needed and planned those sessions. She helped keep communication clear between teachers and the operations team in the city, checked on how the teachers were doing, gave them helpful feedback, and set up events for them. Shreya also managed Cuemath’s Quora and LinkedIn accounts and helped make content for their Instagram page. She stayed with the company until September 2019. In January 2021, Shreya took on the role of social media manager at ‘Finance With Sharan’ in Karnataka. While there, she managed to grow the Instagram followers from none to 1 million in just one year by using effective content and Instagram strategies. She created and edited all types of content like single images, slide shows, and videos for various social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook. By December 2022, she was promoted to Head of Content in the same organization. In April 2022, she started working at The 1% Club in Mumbai as a senior vice president.
