Sana Kumar Sanu Bhattacharya or famously known as Shannon K is a popular American pop singer and songwriter. She is the adopted child of veteran Indian playback singer Kumar Sanu.

Shannon was born on Saturday, 16 June 2001 (age 22 years; as of 2023), in India. Her zodiac sign is Gemini. When she was 12 years old, her family moved to the UK. There she joined London’s Royal School of Music and Northwood College in London.

Career
At the age of four, she performed on stage for the very first time with her father. Later, she decided to make a career in the American Music Industry rather than the Indian Music Industry.

When she was 12, she released her first song ‘Roll Back The Years.’ She released her song ‘How Long Is A Long Time’ with the famous singer and songwriter ‘Poo Bear.’ This was a very big hit on YouTube and has around 40 million views.

Shannon and her sister wrote the song ‘Give Me Your Hand’ which was against anti-bullying.
