Sairi Salma was born in 1995 (age 28 years; as of 2023) in Casablanca, Morocco. Her zodiac sign is Sagittarius. She attended Moulay Ismail High School, where she earned a baccalaureate in life and earth sciences from September 2012 to July 2017 and a baccalaureate in literature from September 2018 to July 2019. From September 2013 to August 2015, she pursued a Diploma in Agent Methods (TSMC), Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Institute Specialized of Management (ISMC). In October 2015, she started training in Dramatics/Theatre Arts at the Conservatoire de Casablanca in Morocco. She studied there till August 2019. She also attended various online Masterclasses for acting tutored by Natalie Portman, Helen Mirren, and Samuel L. Jackson. At 19, she ventured into the entertainment industry when she secured her first lead role as Hiba in the Moroccan sitcom Nayda F Douar (2015).

In 2017, she appeared in the Arabic TV film Al Atti Allah in which she played the role of Fatine. In 2019, she played the role of Aïda in the Arabic-French TV film Coeur Généreux. She came into the limelight for playing the role of Rania in the Arabic TV show Daba Teziane (2019-2020) on MBC 5 TV.

In 2021, she appeared as Maazouza in the TV show Hayat. The show was telecast in three languages, Arabic, English, and French.

She played the role of Kenza in the Arabic TV film Aid Milad Karim (2023). In 2020, she was cast in the American film The Covenant, directed by David Batty and Ben Hilton. In the docu-fiction, she played the character of Hajar. In 2020, she starred in the Ramadan sitcom “Sarba.” She played the role of Nadia Kader in the Hindi thriller web series The Freelancer (2023), an Indian production, which streamed on Disney+ Hotstar. In July 2023, she had the honour to participate in the launch ceremony of the Arab Youth Charter / Rabat 2023 organized by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The goal of this effort was to strengthen Arab youth, enabling them to play a more active role in decision-making and fostering their leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills with an aim to achieve overall development and address the challenges confronting Arab communities.
