Career

S. Sanjeevi started learning Kabaddi at the Samy Sports Academy in Salem, Tamil Nadu. In 2023, S. Sanjeevi participated in the 71st All India Railway Kabaddi Championship in which he represented the ICF Chennai team, which won the silver medal.

In the same year, he took part in the All India Kabaddi Tournament and he represented the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) Chennai team, which won the tournament finals.

In 2023, he also participated in the Yuva Kabaddi Series Summer Edition which took place in Karnataka. Sanjeevi represented the team ‘Palani Tuskers’ in which he served as the captain of the team. Sanjeevi played a total of 28 matches with a not-out percentage of 80% and an overall raid strike rate of 56.15%.

In the same year, S. Sanjeevi took part in the 10th season of the Pro Kabaddi League, held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in which he represented the team ‘Telugu Titans.’ He played a total of 5 matches in which he scored a tackle strike rate of 67% and a raid strike rate of 50%.
