In 2019, Tushar Dattaray Adhavade was a member of the team that represented Pune in District level Kabaddi championship.

In 2020, he participated in the men’s Invitational Industrial State Level Kabaddi Tournament as a member of the team ‘Income Tax Pune’ in which he played with jersey number eight.

In 2022, he again represented the team ‘Income Tax Pune’ in the State-level kabaddi tournament held in Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra. The team became the second runner-up in the tournament.

In January 2023, he was a member of the BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited) team that won the men’s 80th Invitational Industrial State Level Kabaddi Tournament.

In October 2023, he was inducted as a new young talent into the Puneri Paltan team at the Pro Kabaddi League auction. He is a right-cover defender for the Puneri Paltans in season 10 of the PKL.
