In 2010, Rupali, along with her first husband, started a clothing retail company Reel and Weave in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and on 6 October 2014, the company was registered as a limited company. However, the company was dissolved on 8 November 2016. After returning to India from England, she started a handloom clothing company NAMEG Store in Kolkata.
