Rajyogi Brahmakumar (BK) Nikunj was born in December 1975 (age 48 years; as of 2023) in Mumbai. He did his schooling at Shree D. J. Doshi Gurukul High English Medium High School and Junior College, Mumbai, from 1979 to 1990. He then pursued a BCom at K. J. Religion/Religious Views

In his teens, he used to be an atheist. At the age of 13, he met the Indian spiritual leader Rajyogini Brahma Kumari Nandini, who shared the teachings of Brahma Kumaris with him. Inspired by her teachings, he decided to join the organisation. He then got permission from his parents to join the Brahma Kumaris organisation. Career

Spiritual Leader

At a very young age, he started working as a spiritual leader. He has provided spiritual classes to corporates, students, politicians, and businessmen. He has also organised various corporate training, stress management, and leadership programmes at various organisations like Godrej, Nicholas Piramal, Rallis India, and Coca-Cola.

In April 1990, he started working as a national coordinator at the spiritual organisation Brahma Kumaris in Mt Abu, Rajasthan. In the same year, he started handling the media and PR of Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. He has appeared in various talk shows on spirituality and mental peace aired on Doordarshan and Peace of Mind TV.

In 2012, he started his YouTube channel ‘Rajyogi Speaks’ on which he uploads videos on mental health and spirituality.

Author

In 2007, he started writing articles on spirituality and has published more than 7500 articles in various languages like English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati. He has also authored a few books like Take It Easy and Inner Insights: Going Deep Within.
