Priya Nath was born on Saturday, 1 September 1984 (age 39 years; as of 2023) in Patna, Bihar. Her zodiac sign is Virgo. Software Engineer

Priya Nath started her professional software engineering journey in 2009, and she started working in a global technology company called Harbinger Systems. While working there, she was an active member of the development team of a proprietary offline player for e-learning courses along with designing and developing several prototypes in emerging technologies. In 2011, Priya Nath started working in the Irish-American professional services company named ‘Accenture’ as a Software Engineer. While working in the company, she created an in-house iOS library for communication using the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) along with developing prototypes for clients. In 2013, Priya joined the product development company named ‘SECURIFI’ in Hyderabad where she was responsible for developing iOS and Android apps.

In 2012, Priya Nath became a faculty member of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), where she started teaching more than students bachelor’s in Computer Application at Nagindas Khandwala College which was a partner college of IGNOU. In the same year, she started conducting practical sessions for C++, Visual Basic, HTML and Assembly Language programming along with other Computer Science courses at the Mithibai College, Mumbai. She was also part of the website development committee of the college. In 2018, she was appointed as the guest faculty at the Patna Women’s College where she taught students of the Masters of Computer Application. She also taught topics like Computer Networks, Cryptography and Network Security, and Management Information Systems.

AlterGyan

In 2014, Priya Nath founded her own language-learning mobile application startup named ‘AlterGyan’ which had over three million downloads. She herself developed and launched 18 language learning apps for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android platforms.

Pi Gyan India

In 2019, Priya Nath founded an online learning platform company named ‘Pi Gyan India’ in which she took online lessons for students of BCA/MCA.

PS Lifestyle

In 2018, Priya Nath and her best friend Sonam founded a startup named ‘PS Lifestyle’ in which they write blogs on different subjects and also work for departments including Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Digital Promotion. In the same year, she was also appointed as the Social Media Manager of the company where she was responsible for developing the brand strategy, designing the website, and managing SEO and SMM for OpenGrowth.
