Till then shooting method and other things will be taught to them through experience. Satyanank himself has said that there were no such difficulties in my case. As a child actor, I didn’t have the fear of standing in front of the camera because I acted in some serials and small films.”

In 2007, Namitha made her acting debut as a child actress with the television show Amme Devi in which she played the role of Devi. Subsequently, she appeared in various other television shows like Vellankanni Mathavu (2007), Ente Manasaputhri (2007), Ente Manasaputhri (2008), and Ulladakkum (2008).

In 2011, Namitha made her film debut with the Malayalam film Traffic. In 2012, she appeared in the film Puthiya Theerangal in which she played the lead role of Thamara. Subsequently, she appeared in many Malayalam films like Sound Thoma (2013), En Kaadhal Pudhithu (2014), Villali Veeran (2014), Adi Kapyare Kootamani, Kammara Sambhavam (2018), Al Mallu (2020), and Margamkali (2019).

In 2022, Namitha was featured in Nadeershah’s Malayalam film Esho in which she played the lead role of Advocate Aswathy. In an interview, she talked about the roles she played in various Malayalam films and said,

I have prepared a lot for some of my films specially for my character Thamara in “Puthiya Theerangal”. I learned swimming and I got myself tanned for the film. The film demanded my look to be different. In terms of acting, I had to work a lot for the character Maya in “Law Point”. I had to bring in lot of nuances for that character and the film itself was in a different kind of genre. I had to train myself to be Maya. Then there was “Pullipulikalum Attinkuttiyum”, Kainakari Jayasree is a dancer and I haven’t learned classical dance. So I learned dance for that. See, that’s what I love being in this industry. In 2017, it was rumoured that Namitha Pramod fought with Kavya Madhavan (actress) during a trip to the United States for the shooting of Dileep Show 2017. However, Namitha later denied the rumours. In an interview, while talking about this, she said,
