Controversies
Comments against Sachin Meena
Mithilesh Bhati became viral in August 2023 when she commented on Sachin Meena and Seema Haider during an interview. She said that Sachin stands nowhere in comparison to Seema Haider and said Sachin is ‘Jhingur sa Ladka’ and Lappu sa Sachin’ which many people termed derogatory towards Sachin.
After some days, Seema and Sachin’s advocate, AP Singh sent a defamation lawsuit to Mithilesh after which a controversy erupted. She and her elder sister, Geeta, said that Seema and Sachin have shamed the Indian women who work tirelessly for their families and also raised doubts that Seema could be a Pakistani spy and an ISI agent and requested the Indian government to investigate Seema and Sachin. - After her videos got viral, the public jokingly referred to her as Jhingur Aunty.
- Her comments were used to make several memes including a viral meme of Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, which was made towards Sachin Tendulkar.
