Aniket is an independent Criminal Lawyer and Defense Attorney at the Bombay High Court and Supreme Court of India. In 2014, he appeared in the Bombay High Court to file a bail plea for Jignesh Shah, MCX (Multi Commodity Exchange) promoter, in the Rs. 5000 cr National Stock Exchange Ltd scam. ^[3]Business Line He also appeared in high-profile cases including the Adarsh housing scam and the Jalgaon housing scam.

In 2016, he appeared as legal counsel for the Directors of the Maple Group, Naveen Aggarwal and Sachin Aggarwal. They were under suspicion for allegedly defrauding people through advertisements that offered 1BHK flats for just Rs. 5 lacs.
