Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka is an Indian politician. He became the fourth Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana on 7 December 2023. He represents the Madhira constituency in the Telangana Legislative Assembly as a member of the Indian National Congress (INC).

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was born on Thursday, 15 June 1961 (age 62 years; as of 2023) in Village Snanala Laxmipuram in Wyra Mandal, district Khammam, Telangana, India. His zodiac sign is Gemini. Career

In 1990, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was elected as an Executive Member of the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC). He served in the position till 1992. He then served as the PCC Secretary from 2000 to 2003. In 2007, he became a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC), representing the Khammam constituency in Telangana. In 2009, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka contested and won the Member of the Legislative Assembly elections from the Madhira constituency in Telangana. He was also appointed as a Member of the Legislative Council. In the same year, he was selected as the Chief Whip for the Government of Andhra Pradesh and held the position till 2011. In 2011, he was appointed as the Deputy Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and served in the position till 2014.

In 2014, he contested the Member of the Legislative Assembly elections from the Madhira constituency for the second time and won. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was elected as an MLA for the third time in the 2018 General Elections from Madhira Constituency. He became the second person to achieve a hat trick as an MLA from the same constituency after Bodepudi Venkateswara Rao. On 18 January 2019, Rahul Gandhi, the President of the Indian National Congress, named Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka as the leader of the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) in the second Telangana Assembly.

He was the Leader of the Opposition in the Telangana Legislative Assembly from January 18, 2019, to June 6, 2019.
