Dorthea Lauren Allegra Lapkus is an American actress, comedian, voice-over artist, and an impressionist. She is best known for playing the role of ‘Susan Fischer’ in the Netflix series “Orange Is the New Black” and ‘Jess’ in the HBO series “Crashing.”
