It was love at first sight for both of us. We met six months back via a common friend and exactly six months later, on the same date, we got engaged. When we first met, we knew in that moment that we wanted to be together. It took us 24 hours to realise this ourselves, a week to tell each other and another week to tell our parents. We told our parents that we had found each other, and we don’t want to look for anything or anyone after that.”

Controversy

On 14 March 2023, a case was filed against Krishna Bhatt and her father, Vikram Bhatt, by K Sera Sera Box Office Productions Limited at a magistrate court in Mumbai. The production company claimed that Vikram and Krishna promised them that they would give a cut of Rs 1.40 crore for a joint production, which they did not. K Sera Sera Productions entered a contract with Vikram Bhatt Studios in March 2022. As stated by the contract, they decided that they would share all the profits of their collaborative projects for which the production house had invested Rs 1,39,30,999. K Sera Sera Productions claimed that the father-daughter duo utilised the money in some other project. [3]Hindustan Times [4]News18 India Amidst all this, Vikram Bhatt’s advocate Rizwan Siddiquee denied all the accusations and said,

The FIR against my clients is absolutely baseless and untenable, and I shall therefore be challenging the same before the Bombay high court, on merits. The same shall soon be challenged under a quashing petition before the HC. On the contrary, my client Vikram Bhatt has a strong case of forgery and cheating against Satish Ramswroop Panchariya and others, who appear to have misused their dominant position in two different companies, which are jointly co-owned by both Satish Ramswroop Panchariya and my client Vikram Bhatt, in equal ratio. Panchariya has on record, failed and neglected to give inspection of any documents concerning the said co-owned companies to my client, and was instead desperately making efforts to settle the matter, out of court. Panchariya even sent his representatives to my office to settle the said matter on April 14, 2023. The said matter shall be now be fought on merits.”
