Kaveri Seth started her career as an actor in theatrical productions in 2015. Later, she assisted the director Mira Nair for almost one year during which she assisted her on various projects including the musical version of the film “Monsoon Wedding” (2001) which was staged in Doha and the mini TV series “A Suitable Boy” (2020) which was released on BBC One. She also acted in the TV series “A Suitable Boy” which is an adaptation of a novel with the same title, written by Vikram Seth. She has also worked in the theatrical renditions of the Bay Area Drama Company in various plays. She played the lead role in the plays “Kanyadaan” written by Vijay Tendulkar and “Dance Like a Man” by Mahesh Dattani; both plays were staged in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2023, she made her Bollywood debut with the film “Gulmohar” in which she played the role of Divya.
Kaveri Seth has been featured in various music videos including ‘Sweetheart’ and ‘Center.’
She has appeared in the video campaigns of various fashion brands including ‘Tilfi Banaras’ and ‘House of Dhaaga.’
