He was a part of Murthal Magnets for the Yuva Kabaddi Series Winter Edition 2022. In 2023, Hitesh was bought by UP Yoddhas for Season 10 of the Pro Kabaddi League to play as the Defender – Right Corner. He was the New Young Player (NYP) for UP Yoddhas. In the PKL, every franchise is required to sign a few young players under the NYP category, belonging to the age category between 18 to 22.
