Nandini Agasara

Nandini Agasara was born on Thursday, 7 August 2003 (age 20 years; as of 2023) in Secunderabad, Telangana. Her zodiac sign is Leo. At the age of 16, the coach of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bolarum, spotted her at a sports competition in the school and was impressed by her performance. He then referred her to the Indian coach N Ramesh, who advised her to visit him in Gachibowli. She then got admission to Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions, Secunderabad, Telangana. In 2023, she attended Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana to pursue a BBA. In 2023, after she won a bronze medal in the Asian Games 2022, the Indian athlete Swapna Barman made allegations against Nandini and called her transgender. Swapna also shared a post on her Twitter account in which she mentioned that she lost the game to a transgender, which was against the rules of the sport.

However, she later deleted the tweet. Later, when Nandini was asked about the allegations she said that she was a woman and not transgender. [2]Business Today She said,

In 2018, she started her professional training in various athletic competitions. Later, she participated in various events.

  • While she was studying in school, she started participating in various athletic competitions. However, her family could not afford the fees for her professional training.
  • In an interview, she said that her maternal grandfather helped her to pursue her career in sports. Her family’s financial condition was not good. Earlier, she used to live with her family under a flyover. After her father got a job as a security guard, they moved to a rented house.
