In 2015, she debuted in the Malayalam film ‘Premam’ (2015) in which she played the role of Mary George. She has acted in various Malayalam films including ‘Jomonte Suvisheshangal’ (2017), ‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’ (2020), and ‘Freedom @ Midnight’ (2021).

Anupama’s debut Telugu film is ‘A Aa’ (2016) in which she played the character of Nagavalli. Some of her other Telugu films are ‘Sathamanam Bhavati’ (2017), ‘Krishnarjuna Yudham’ (2018), ‘Rakshasudu’ (2019), and ’18 Pages’ (2021).
